Track & Field
Youth track and field is a sport that introduces children and teens to a variety of running, jumping, and throwing events in a fun and supportive environment. Athletes compete in age-appropriate divisions and develop fundamental athletic skills, sportsmanship, and teamwork.


Who can Join?
Our program is open to boys and girls ages 5–14, of all skill levels—from beginners to experienced young athletes.
What we teach?
Athletes will receive age-appropriate coaching in:
Sprinting (100m, 200m, 400m)
Middle and long-distance running
Hurdles
Relays
Long jump
Shot put
Javelin
Track etiquette and sportsmanship
